This store is special. Staff is diverse, and everyone is really helpful and patient with good disposition. I had the pleasure of working with Logan, who went above and beyond both on the phone and in person. He was kind, attentive, and made me feel valued as a potential client, even while juggling 4 other clients and answering occasional questions from staff members who needed help. I think he's a manager, and if so, he's a strong testament to the overall excellent level of service for a NYC retail store.

They have running sneakers, athletic wear for women and men, performance socks, weights, sunglasses, insoles, and more. Apparently, Latinos Runs and Black Girls Run meet here too. What an important neighborhood staple and great experience!

Foot analysis is super helpful, and after the pleasant call, making an appointment over the phone with Dawson, another excellent team member, Logan, was an very knowledgeable technician for the tests, and insert/shoe recommendations. Hannah was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me find the perfect pair of shoes for my specific foot type. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole process enjoyable. Sir Lloyd at the front desk was also super helpful and welcoming, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. The level of customer service here is outstanding! Highly recommend for anyone who needs new running shoes or is experiencing any kind of pain. The foot scan is very informative and told me I was wearing running shoes a size too small! Rosario was very helpful and gave me 5 pairs of shoes to try with lots of tips on how to run, and I left with a pair I am super excited about. Thank you Rosario and fleet feet!

I was helped by Touka, who went above and beyond to make me feel fully informed while I made my shoe and insole decisions. She's relatable, cool, and honest. I'll go to her every time. I've not had a better experience with a running store and I'll come back every time just to receive this level of service. Everyone was really fun and kind in the store, taking time to ensure each customer was provided with the information and attention that they needed. Couldn't recommend enough!

My first time here and it was a great experience. I’m new to running and the man that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me to get fitted for insoles and pick out new shoes. You stand and walk on the machine which shows your footprint and measures your feet giving them a better idea of what kind of shoes or insoles you might need. He was able to explain all the differences between the shoes and why a certain shoe was better for me. He also steered me away from a more expensive option for insoles because he felt the cheaper ones would be better for me. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything or choose more expensive products, and i got a lot of good information here. Will definitely return for more insoles when i need them!
