My first purchase here today & the experience was amazing. Shout out to Paul P & Liz (I think that’s her name) for not only helping me in the store since I have a fussy knee, but also helping me with the wide selection of sneakers that were specific for my foot needs. I found the perfect pair of Brooks (Glycerin GTS 21) that gave the perfect cushion & firm support around my ankles. I’ll definitely be getting more steps in with these shoes. The store (& bathroom) is immaculately clean. I got a full picture scan of my feet which was an awesome bonus that contributed to the purchase today. I highly recommend Fleet Feet. Their staff is very well versed on feet from all backgrounds (runners, walkers, etc). The level of professionalism & courtesy from the team goes above & beyond giving customers the ultimate shopping experience. Thanks again to Paul P & Liz. Keep up the great work!

Recently, I was looking for new sneakers, and thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Mike was very friendly, and analyzed my walk and my feet. He brought me what I wanted to try, and some other choices he thought would work. He hit the nail on the head with his selections, but patiently let me try on many different options to make sure I was happy. I ended up with an awesome pair that he picked that were much more comfortable than the shoes I was planning on buying originally. Would recommend for anyone, but especially athletes!

Fantastic service! I came looking for some new gym shoes. I do a mixture of cardio and weightlifting, so I needed something stable and versatile. Paul was absolutely phenomenal!! He was super knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. This was my first time here, and I will definitely be back!

After buying a pair of Hokas through Fleet Feet’s online store (I didn’t want to wait for shipping, and FF had them available for same day PU), I quickly realized that my feet—or more specifically, calves— do not appreciate a low drop. While Fleet Feet does offer a very generous return policy, I wasn’t sure they’d take the Hokas back with quite a bit of mileage on them.

Enter Kate — not only was she more than happy to refund my purchase of the Hokas, but she patiently had me try on close to 10 different pairs of high drop trainers that are better suited for me. I ended up with a pair that I think I’m going to love.

Despite logging quite a bit of volume over the last 10 years, I’ve bought most of my trainers online through major retailers. After today, I don’t think I will ever do that again. Going in person and having somebody knowledgeable help me find my best option, was such a fantastic experience. I’m genuinely so impressed and will absolutely recommend Fleet Feet to everyone going forward (they also have a great selection of Feetures socks, Lululemon, gels/fuel, watches, etc.) — very happy runner, here! 🙂

Stopped by today for the first time and I will for sure be visiting again! I don’t know much about running shoes but Glen was a big help in getting my mom some sneakers for her walking needs. He helped us through the foot scan and went over the results with us before pulling a few options to try. He was patient while I translated back and forth and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. Overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be recommending to friends and family!

This was my first visit to this store and I wasn't disappointed. I was informed this was a family owned business and it felt that way. The staff were so helpful and very professional in every aspect. My kids enjoyed getting their feet sized. We ended up leaving with more shoes than intended.
