Had a great first time experience meeting with Abraham at Fleet Feet! I have neglected my feet for so long that I was in constant pain. Abraham took me through the process quickly and was so knowledgeable! He put me in several pairs of shoes and I walked out of the store feeling ZERO pain in my feet for the first time in months!!! Great selection, friendly staff, awesome store!! Thank you!!

Great place. After the foot scan. Andre brought out several pair of shoes for me to try on. Asked good questions about how my feet were feeling. Inform me about my style of foot and why some things did and did not work for me for shoes.

I was recommended to Fleet Feet by my PT due to Ankle Injury and when I entered the store Andrew was amazing to talk to, very approachable and he immediately got my foot scanned and pulled up the app and shared all the information and made sure I understood what would be ideal collection for my needs and help me try on all of the recommendations and I was able to pick up the one that works best for me. I really want to appreciate Andrew one more time as I was very overwhelmed with everything that I saw online earlier and as I entered fleet feet, my mind was put to easy. Will definitely be a returning customer and would recommend to family and friends.

Easy and accurate process. Very happy with my new running shoes. Cody was able to find the right shoe within 20 minutes that just felt great to begin with, and went with that. Paid the same price you would pay online, but with the service today felt like I came way out ahead. Bought some socks to complement the good service with an add-on item.

Great experience from Cody! I have pretty bad issues with my foot being wider as I age. I couldn't use the shoes I currently had. When I walked into Fleet Foot, Cody greeted me right off the bat and got to work analyzing my gait and feet in order to pick out the right shoes. At first I thought the whole process was a bit overblown, but once we had 3 sets picked out, it occurred to me, these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever put on! Why? because Cody knew what my feet needed in order to fix some of the lifelong issues I've had! I ended up getting some Altra shoes and Currex insoles and I can't believe how incredible they are! my feet are so comfortable in them and my stride feels like rolling softness rather than clunky disjointed pain like I'm used to. I tried on my old shoes after wearing my new ones for a week and it wasn't even close, my old ones were like crude torture devices and the new ones felt like they were custom made for me! A+ customer service and products. I will never EVER buy shoes anywhere else period.

Unbelievable customer service. Cody was so knowledgeable and took his time with me to make sure I found a shoe that works. After wearing them a few months, I can say that they are the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever owned thanks to him!

I showed up on a Sunday afternoon and it was busier than I thought it’d be. But everyone, including myself, were taken care of and communicated with appropriately. Abraham was great! He walked me through the footwear eval process, answered my questions, and allowed me to make my own decisions. I have very flat feet and I was glad to walk out with a few pairs of shoes that felt like a dream wearing. It’s a relief when I find shoes that help me move towards me goals in jogging and just everyday life.
