Victor Barahona, Retail Experience Manager of the Gaithersburg Store spent time to find me the right shoe meeting my detailed criteria. Victor was patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. His experience was very evident! A fine representative of your company. Don’t lose him. A replacement of his caliber would be difficult to find. One big suggestion for all your women’s shoes would be to introduce color. Selections were dull and limited—-brighten up and expand the color selection. Overall, a good experience and highly recommend Fleet Feet.

CJ is so nice and patient, he explains to me my feet condition and they don’t force sell. He let me try different insoles and keep being professional the whole time. My problem is more severe and a over the counter insole cannot fix it, he told me this problem and recommend me seeing a doctor instead of asking me buy their product; Love it. They think on your behalf, worth going!

Great fitting experience and expert advice. The automated technology maps your feet and matches you to shoes that suit your needs. Really appreciated the insight from Bob and incidentally left with a matching pair of his Hoka Cliftons which have been exactly what I needed for support and likely would not have purchased on my own for this purpose without Bob’s advice. Fleet Feet is great. I recently started walking 10,000 steps a day but was suffering greatly. The foot scan and information I learned at Fleet Feet about my proper shoe size and arch height was a game changer. Roma is awesome! Kind, professional and knowledgeable. Don't suffer another day. Go see Roma and let her hook you up with some insoles and new shoes!
