I was helped immediately. I got fitted in new some new shoes since my old ones were rubbing my heel raw. Russell was very helpful and answered all my questions. I just got my longest run on my new shoes the next day. I didn't even have to break them in.

I had the best experience here! I walked in and explained to the reps I recently started running and the discomfort I’ve been having. In no time, they assessed my feet and provided me different shoe options and insoles that would best fit my current needs. I appreciated the patience and knowledge of the reps here. I had a really great experience at the Fleet Feet Store in Fresno this week. The staff was friendly and very knowlegeble. They made me feel comfortable form the moment I walked in the door. I walked out with a great pair of walking shoes that feel great.

The staff was super knowledgeable, patient, and informative about my gait and foot mapping. They put me in a pair of shoes that was absolute heaven. The only thing I feel could be improved would be to carry some more affordable items, and their running gear could be more size inclusive. People of all sizes and socioeconomic status enjoy running, and being more inclusive would probably increase your customer base, and make people feel more welcome.

Best shoe fitting experience any athlete can have. Got my feet and gate pattern scanned and shoes were picked to suit my needs. My sales associate/shoe technician made an educated recommendation and I left with the perfect pair of running shoes!!!
Also, in store there’s a ton of valuable stuff. Vests, water bottles, running clothes, socks, hats, and tons of other stuff to aid you in your running journey!!! Absolutely amazing

I had the very best experience at Fleet feet. I went in for some shoes. I’m running my very first 5k And I didn’t know where to start. My sales associate took me through some technology that read my foot size and Pressure points of my walk. She was so helpful and explaining what the results were and was able to bring me shoes that would best fit my parameters. I was also able to try out the shoe by a little run outside of the store. The main goal for the sales associate was to get me into a pair of shoes that were perfect for me and both fit and feel. It was a complete success.

I made an appointment for a personal consultation for my mom at Fleet Feet in Fresno. Our consultant (Hector) scanned my mother's feet & selected 2 shoes for her to try based on the scans & what she said she wanted. She liked the 2nd shoe but it was too tight. He brought out a half size bigger & that was it! She got a new shoe she really liked that fit well in just a few minutes & after only trying on 3 shoes! Hector was very knowledgeable, kind, attentive and patient. He was fully focused on my mom while he worked with her, listened well to all her concerns and responded appropriately.
