Highly recommend this spot for beginners looking to get into running. This was my first time going to a running shoe store. Before I would just buy a cheap pair of running shoes from my closest shoe store/warehouse. As expected of cheap shoes they wouldn't last long and didn't offer good support. Therefore I put running to the side because it always hurt my feet afterwards. This time I decided to give it a good try and get a good pair of running shoes. I went in not knowing anything expect that they had some foot scanner equipment. I went in waited a bit since I wanted to get the full experience from a staff member. He was super helpful guided me through the scanning process then went to the back and handed me the best pair of running shoes I've ever worn. He got it right on the first try. He let me wear the shoes and even try them out for a quick jog in front of the store. I tried a few more but in the end, the first pair he brought out were perfect. I have a low arch, flat and wide feet, and a leg discrepancy, therefore most of the shoes I try on never feel that good or there's some sort of discomfort however not this time. The shoes he recommended were perfect for my feet. For the first time it felt like I wasn't wearing shoes it was just me and the wind, not discomfit whatsoever. I bought the Men's Wave Horizon 7 (color: in LEAD-Nickel), as well as some running sock he recommended. Overall I had one of the best customer service experiences, and I am truly grateful for the shoe recommendation. Will be buying all my running shoe needs at this location from now on.

Was helped as soon as I walked in the door. They analyzed my feet, explained the analysis, and set me up with the best fitting shoes they had for my issues and size requirements. I slipped on three pair of shoes that were all so comfy, but ultimately picked the best fitting/feeling pair. Then they helped me find insoles for my Plantar Fasciitis. They even cut my insoles for me. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back! Never had a more comfortable pair of shoes. The service was amazing.

At this location I was assisted almost immediately. Their customer service was amazing. Everything was explained to me patiently and all my questions were answered. The lady who assisted me brought me several different shoes based on my foot scan until we found the one that felt the most comfortable. She also helped me find socks that help with blisters. My experience there was absolutely top notch and would recommend them to anyone needing specialty shoes.

Awesome experience! My friend and I had in mind getting fitted for shoes since we are doing a 10k together later on this year (not my first but we decided to take out shoes and training seriously!). She had mentioned that there was another store she used to get herself fitted but they had closed down. Another friend recommended Fleet Feet. We stopped by and we were greeted by Dan (I hope that I heard his name correctly) who showed us how the fitting works, explained our scans, and brought out shoes for us, including my friends 7 year old daughter. He was so nice, so helpful, and very knowledgeable! Amazing experience, looking forward to coming back again for more shoes!

This store was amazing! I am very new to running and didn’t know where to start, so my friend recommended that I come here for shoes. As soon as I walked in, there was an associate ready to help. In total he spent about 30 minutes with me doing the foot scan, hearing out my brand/color preferences, and then grabbing me tons of shoes to try on. When I wasn’t convinced on something, he would grab more options and explain how they should feel on my foot. It was overall the best shopping experience!
