This place is a total joke. I went in looking for a Christmas gift for my son. Talked to Junior about a mountain bike they had on display. He upsold me on a different bike. He pointed out top of the line components on the bike. At the time of ordering the bike James mentioned that he needed a code to access the computer and place the order. Only the owner had access to this code. He was unable to place the order until two days latter. When I received the bike most of the components on the bike were different. They gave me a bs story but assured me they were still top grade equipment. I ordered a new front sprocket for more top end speed. Now my parts have been sitting in their mailbox for over a week. They tell me only the owner has keys to the mailbox and that he is out of town. The only thing they care about is making the sale. They don’t give a damn about their customers after making the sale. I was planning in purchasing two additional bikes. One for my wife and one for myself. Decided to shop at a different store where I received exceptional customer service, complete information and options on the bikes that best suited our needs. I would not recommend Finish Line to anyone!

Went to see about getting a new seat clamp because I stripped the hex bolt on mine, they were able to remove the stripped bolt and put in a new one in less than a minute, free of charge, cool dudes ?

Absolutely no hassle dealing with them. Super happy that they brought my folding bike back to life. And they call/text you first before putting in new parts, so you're not caught off-guard by any new charges.

So I recently purchased a bike at a different bike shop, wasn’t too happy with it, tried to return it and they wouldn’t take it. Finish line was willing to sell the bike for me, and give me a pretty decent deal on 2 bikes. The guys in there are super cool and very fast, between the 20-30 minutes I was there they were able to help about 4-5 customers, fix the issues or help with whatever questioned they had! They also have financing available as well!

They did a great job for me! I bought a used Electra cruiser and wanted it to look like my first Electra that was stolen. They put new handle bars and I also got new tires! They also did the necessary adjustments to make it work fory height. They also went above and beyond by holding my bike way past the pick-up date - I was sick for quite a while and then the heat wave hit. I super appreciated that!

Great experience!
I brought my 35-year-old Specialized RockHopper for an overhaul and tuneup after 33 years in storage…
Not only did they do a great job but the bike was finished and ready as promised on time.
The bike rides like new.
