I had a wonderful experience at Fetch. The staff was warm and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The doctor was highly knowledgeable and took the time to address all our concerns.

My Siberian Husky needed blood work, which required a two-hour wait since we live an hour away. The team was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to leave and return to complete the process rather than waiting in the lobby. This thoughtful flexibility was greatly appreciated and made the experience much more manageable.

I highly recommend Fetch for their exceptional care and understanding!

After a not so pleasurable experience at a different local ER I booked an appointment at FETCH and I could not be MORE PLEASED with this decision. What an amazing nursing staff (Alexua) and Dr Ziglioli is on top of his game! Very knowledgeable and very caring.
I don't leave my dog anywhere and I was comfortable enough to go home and get some work done while he received testing. This is BIG.
I know there are other local animal hospitals and emergency facilities but if you want THE BEST my suggestion is to come here.

When our beloved 13-year-old schnauzer developed a urinary tract infection, we took him to Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers, not knowing what to expect. From the moment we walked in, we were met with exceptional service and a genuine concern for our pet's health.

The team at Fetch quickly identified an issue with his bladder that required immediate attention. Their swift action in evaluating his condition was both impressive and reassuring. What stood out the most was not just their medical expertise, but the compassionate support they provided to us during this stressful time.

Every step of the way, the staff was informative, empathetic, and incredibly professional. They took the time to explain the situation, the potential treatments, and what each would entail, ensuring we felt involved and informed about our pet's care.

The care our schnauzer received was top-notch, but it's the way Fetch made us feel like part of the family that truly deserves commendation. They turned a potentially harrowing experience into one where we felt supported and hopeful, thanks to their outstanding team.

I am at a loss for words to fully express our gratitude for their professionalism, kindness, and the exemplary care provided. If you're looking for a place where your pet is treated with the utmost respect and expertise, Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers is the place to go.

Thank you, Fetch, for being there when we needed you the most. Your dedication to pets and their families does not go unnoticed.

So glad I chose Fetch to take care of my fur baby. Everyone was kind, patient and listened to my concerns. Everything was explained in detail and was reviewed with me before any charges or procedures were completed. Definitely recommend Fetch and wished when I had the emergency vet visit at Thanksgiving I would have went to Fetch. Amazing place with great doctors

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!! My dog was older but still getting along fairly well when they said she has lymphoma cancer and needs expensive treatments....She had one round of "treatment" and died just a few days later. This was after I had rushed her there shortly after twice for follow up up visits. The first time they did a bunch of diagnostics on her and sent me home with more pills saying that she just needs to adjust to the cancer treatment. She got even worse, not eating or drinking anything and having breathing difficulty. I rushed her back over again the same day and this time even though they said they were going to diagnose her as soon as they were done with a "puppy emergency" they never did anything other than give some pills to help calm her and sent us on our way. Less than 2 hours later while back home she passed away. With the initial consultation I was never told that there was any chance that she could die from this treatment. I'm out $2500 and have a grave loss. THEY KILLED MY DOG!! Nobody from Fetch have even contacted me with any condolences since.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care we received from Dr. Beck, Katy, and the entire team at Fetch with both of our pets (a cat and dog at two different times). Over the course of several months, their compassion, expertise, and genuine dedication made all the difference. Navigating a specialty/cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming, but Dr. Beck took the time to explain every step in ways I could understand, answer every question, address every worry, listen as things progressed, and treat our beloved pets with the utmost kindness and respect. If you want the very best for your beloved pet, there is nowhere else you will want to go. It’s clear this team not only excels in their medical skills, but also deeply cares for the animals and families they serve. There is a reason that others in the veterinary community speak so highly of Dr. Beck. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone facing an oncology journey with their pet—they are simply outstanding and will give your babies the very best."

We had a 3:00 appointment scheduled on Friday. We arrived 20 minutes early and were taken to an exam room immediately. We waited until 3:45 and finally my husband went out to the front desk area to make sure we hadn’t been forgot about and a nurse came into the room to advise that they had a bad day of issues and they should be with us in 20 minutes. Someone finally came in at 4:20. Everyone was nice and apologetic. The Dr advised that most likely our dog had prostate cancer before the ultrasound. After the procedure he advised that he was most certain it was cancer and listed some options and advised our dog probably on had 1-3 months. We asked about meeting with an oncologist, which he advised there were 2 different types and suggested 1 of them to start and left the room. Another person came to the room and gave us a kit to do a urine test and stated we could call day or night if we had questions. My husband scheduled the oncology appointment and we left. When we got home I realized that one option mentioned by the DR was pain meds yet no one said anything about them. I called back and was told everyone was gone for the day and it looked like a prescription had been called into Center Pharmacy and if I had questions I would have to wait until Monday. My husband took the urine sample back Saturday morning and asked about the prescription and was only told it was a pain medication and we could pick it up that day. He went to the pharmacy and was told it would take about a week to make. We feel that the info about the medication should have been discussed on Friday with us as I’m not sure exactly what it is or when to start giving it. Also the female who told us we could call anytime and ask questions was incorrect in saying that and it was disappointing to find that not the case. Hopefully this was just a late Friday problem as everyone seemed to care but we felt our appointment lacked information and an explanation about this prescription that we did not even know about until I called back in.
