They are thieves. Money was taken from me. A friend of mine bought it by mistake. Then he returned it to me to replace it. He told me, “You don’t have anything. Go from here.” I was going to call the police, but I don’t like problems.

Just adding to this as Pete has just sorted my bike out again with his usual high standards. What's more there's also interesting conversation to be had! Highly recommended.

Every experience I have had at Evans Cycles in Cardiff has been top notch. The guys are always very knowledgable and genuinely want to help. The latest experience this week was equally brilliant as Pete and Dan sorted new tyres for my bike in formula one pit stop style speed, including the usual excellent standard of product and performance. Diolch yn fawr iawn!

Called in as I had an issue with my chain guard, bought my bike here in May. Came back after an hour, and all was sorted. Very good service, would highly recommend 👌

Customer service rubbish,,, called in on Saturday 10 mins before closing time......looking to purchase a trek roscoe 9,,I only wanted to sit on a similar bike to try for size........two members of staff on.....one said were closing at six....I said fine just wanted to sit and try for size,,,, the other said something like they had a train to catch and had to shut up shop!!!! Attitude was terrible......I never had intention of ordering or buying there and then...just wanted wanted try for size..........anyway I will buy a trek from else where....definitely wouldn't recommend Evans cardiff...

Brought my second hand bought bike in the week ago and was told to come in the week after to gurantee getting it done on the day.
Pete rebend part of the rear derailleur which was causing problems with gear shifting, chain service and also straigtenend the handle bar all free of charge and gave some good advice on top as well. Excellent experience and overall really competent and friendly customer service, can only recommend for all fellow students getting a bike that needs some general overhaul and advice.

Very unhelpful. Called up to see if tyres could be switched out while travelling in the area, person on the phone had a think about it and decided it wasn’t possible as they don’t stock the size required and ordering them in was just too hard. Didn’t try to help at all, rubbish attitude. Recommend finding somewhere else!
