When I visit home with the family, Empire is one of our first stops. The turnaround time for custom printing is amazing, and the prices are more than reasonable. Excellent selection, great staff; a real gem in the city of Corner Brook.

Some old man looking at records and being creepy staring at us the whole time was eventually rude to me about looking at the products on display before me and my partner bought something and I've never had that happen to me before so im disappointed to say the least!

If you are really that insecure about your products that a customer is interested in, put a sign up saying "please do not approach the products on display" or put your products away in boxes or proper casing so your customers cannot interact with them. No other place has ever acted like this towards me, especially considering im a respectful individual unless you give me good reason not to be.

Very unpleasant experience trying to look around when the nice lady at the older location on broadway had told me to "check out our new location, we have new stuff available there we don't have here!"
I wont be back, not sure if the old man had a problem but I've never been treated like that and didn't feel welcome at all.
Unsettling being stared at the whole time you shop and then berated for looking at items of interest. If you cant handle customers looking around your store at the products you sell you shouldn't be running this establishment.

Recently bought two of the larger Harry Potter funko pops as a gift for someone. Found out that this person already had the set so I went into the store to try to see if I could exchange for a different item. The employee working called one of the owners and eventually agreed to let me exchange for a more expensive item but said I would need to come back the next day so that the owner would be in and could do the exchange for me (i couldnt find the receipt but he said he should be able to find it in the system). Took the time to come back the next day for a different employee to have to call the owner again about the exchange and then had to call the other owner, who then said that these were final sale (apparently) and that they would not even do an exchange for me. Wasted my time and then wouldn't do an exchange after saying they would.

making arrangements with a customer only to not do as agreed upon then have a staff member blame the customer for not calling and keeping on? wow! if you couldn't do what was agreed upon a call to the customer to let them know so they had time to find elsewhere would have been appreciated and would be common courtesy of a good business (or so I would assume). In response to owners response:
When we called yesterday (Saturday) the lady working your desk blamed us for it not being done had said we should call and keep on. There was no offer of you coming in and getting it done just poor attitude and instead of admittance to poor customer service and trying to fix it you first claimed the verbal agreement was a lie then playing victim because we supposedly "review bombed" when in fact we are posting customer reviews, which is within our rights as human beings, since we got poor customer service with no form of reconciliation of the incident. You refused to reach out to us and only replied to the Google reviews and that was still portraying the poor customer service given and continue to be given. Maybe teach the lady at your front desk some manners as well, telling a customer it isn't done and won't get done and it's their own fault for not keeping on, wow!

My husband called early in the week to place a order for a single T-shirt for a special event, the owner told me that he would have it completed by the end of the week no problem and I asked him if he supplied the shirt or I would get one and he said no we have those here anyways now it's Saturday and never heard from anyone and I called to see about pick up and apparently it never got done and now I have nothing and it's to late to get one made anywhere else and then the lady on the phone told me on the phone it was my fault that I didn't call keep on for the t-shirt and that was all they can do, I didn't realize it was my job to make sure you do your job. , so I do don't recommend this place to anyone and thanks again for ruining a Special Christmas surprise for a family member
Side note : I was listening in on both calls as this product was to be bought by both of us, therefore making me a customer. Finished "by the weekend" was the promise the business failed to fulfill
