I visited Dune a few days ago and it was a great experience! A sales associate called Sarah helped me, and her colleague (but I didn’t catch her name), and they were both very enthusiastic people and super helpful.

I tried a few things on and they were patient and we had a lovely chat. I had spent that day visiting so many shops but couldn’t find the right boots, but the girls helped a lot! Super happy with the service there. Appreciate the team!

I recently visited store to find Christmas gift for my mum, and I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by what I believe was a store manager (lady with blonde hair). From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to help me. I wasn’t entirely sure what to get, but she patiently listened to my ideas, asked thoughtful questions about my mum’s preferences, and guided me through a range of options.
With her help, I found a gift that I know my mum will absolutely love.

It’s rare to encounter such excellent customer service, especially during the busy holiday season. Truly made my shopping experience memorable, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Really bad experience with the sales staff while shopping today - 28th November 2024, Thursday morning. Female with the blonde hair. She was so rude and looked upset as we were choosing bags to buy she went over to her colleague and said “one of the bags are missing”. When we came in, we already had many shopping bags from other stores. She kept looking at us warily. In the end, we bought 5 items from dune. She needs to see our ID. She is rude and unprofessional. She has no manners and should be checked for her work ethic. She did not speak to us nicely as well. It seems she is lazy to get the items as well.

Staff are lazy and unhelpful. They won’t even look for the other sizes. Perhaps they don’t like their job. Why are they there in the first place if they don’t want to sell? I think they should all be fired and replaced with someone who’s willing to do their job and help the company sell. They are liabilities to the company.

Should consider sacking your website guy. About to make a purchase, fill in address, doesn’t let me use more than 30 characters for the first line - BUT also forces you to select from drop down where the first line is over 30 characters, and doesn’t let you continue. So is impossible to order. Talk about amateur hour.

Had a chance to make a new customer and your useless tech team has lost me forever. Bye.

Shocking this store the staffs are not helpful or aware that customers are there to purchase shoes ?! I went to check out the boots range and asked one of the staff dark short straight hair , white person female for a shoe size she didn’t acknowledge or say let me check that for you instead walked off and put the shoe back on the shelf and didn’t bother to get back to me to let me know there wasn’t the size that I was looking for.. I had to wait for 20 mins and look around to find her to ask if she had the shoe size ?! Her face said it all she totally forgot and didn’t bother . I’m not sure why the staff are there in the first place getting paid for doing nothing !!! I will report this to head office as this is really appalling especially on main shopping street Oxford st

If I could give this store 0 stars I would! I guess the one star is for the lovely shoes. Such a shame the staff are absolutely obnoxious! Went in last night, around 7.30pm. As I walked into the store, the member of staff standing near the entrance failed to acknowledge me in any way, rather, he looked straight through me. The shop was not busy at all. I browsed through the shop, then found some shoes I liked in the sale section. The same member of staff observed me trying to look for my size but still did not approach me. There was a sign next to the shoes saying they did have other sizes, so i approached the one other staff member standing by the till point at the back of the shop to ask if he could check for my size. He took the shoes from me without saying anything, no eye contact, and went to the stockroom. He came back a little while after and walked back to return the shoe to the shelf. As he walked past he simply shook his head and said "we don't have it", again minimal eye contact. Awful atmosphere in the shop; I got the impression that the staff just didn't want to be there. Maybe they were short staffed, maybe they'd had a difficult day, but is any of that my fault? If you don't like your job, find another one but don't take it out on the customers! Absolutely shocking!

My mom got her bag stolen in this shop while trying for shoes. She was with my sisters.
I guess we need to be extra careful when shopping in London.
Staffs were really nice and helpful, they even gave my mom discount for such an unfortunate event.
Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.
