Sarah was amazing! I am in the military and not stationed in the area, I did an online order pick up in store for my parents since they are not the best with technology. I called multiple times to not only ensure that the order went through but to ask if it is ok for them to pick up even though I was the one paying for it. She was so patient with me and ensured that she informed me of everything! She definitely needs a raise or promotion. I vote promotion! It is so hard to find people that have good customer service!

I had an amazing experience thanks to Jacari, Sam, Jawan. These three gentlemen went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. I had a bulk order with over 20 items and they were patient with me throughout the entire process. Good Afternoon we literally just left the sporting store. We came into the store to do a even exchanged but Ms Renee was distasteful with her greeting.. Literally rushed my husband with his return, when he clearly stated it was an even exchange. She asked no questions into what was wrong with the Stanley cup, when it clearly had dent on the back side.. That was my first time in the sporting store. I wanted to look around, but changed my mind. Thank you Ms Renee for a unsatisfying hospitality

Stopped in to get some hand weights which were back in stock. Also needed to pick up something for my son's bicycle to help keep his foot from slipping. There wasn't a crowd and check out was easy and quick. My cashier was very friendly and outgoing. Customer service at all my store experiences today has been excellent. You can tell folks are glad you're back! So nice to get out and support the local economy.
