Terrible experience. My husband purchased a $300 pair of keen work boots. Within one month the steel toe fabric came off and made daily holes in my hubby's socks. Dawson's did give him a new pair however after one month the same thing happened. Went to Dawson's, showed them the daily holes in his socks at the toe. The owner did get his staff to refund his money but he was told he can't purchase shoes from Dawon's again. One of the staff informed us Keen's are not a popular brand and dont sell much. When you spend $300 on a pair of work boots, one should expect them to last longer then 2 months. They were not cheap walmart boots. While we will gladly take our business elsewhere, I just wonder how its fair that he buyer is penalized, for purchasing expensive boots that only last 1 month? Should I spend $100 a month, everymonth on new socks? Maybe if someone also took the time to size his feet properly and professionally, they would have known he has a wide foot. His boots were narrow. This is partially his fault but he thought they were comfortable at first. I took him elsewhere, sized his foot and bought proper boots that are backed up and a hell of a lot more comfortable. All about the money. Had Dawson's cared, they would have took the time to size his feet and ensure they were proper for his job. In the end they just wanted the $300. One should have caught this after the first pair. Never ever agin will we go to Dawson's and we will warn others.

Went to Dawson's today to check out a pair of shoes and the Grey haired older lady was pretty cranky.We showed her a flash sale that said the tax was free from now thru the weekend but she said it was only the weekend.I said no problem and asked how many pairs were left she said this was the only one and I said I will wait and she proceeded to throw the box with the shoes in it behind the counter and as we were walking out made a snark remark that they will probably be gone.First and last time in that store for me.Went to Soft Moc and spent my 200.00 dollars there.

Left store without buying the shoes I liked due to the indifference and rudeness of staff member. The short older lady's attitude was very condescending when I asked for help. More amiable staff would have resulted in a sale as I was there to support your new store startup. As it is I will no longer be patronizing this outlet and am taking my footwear needs elsewhere. Just for your information, I was going to purchase new sandals and shoes for my wife and I.(2 pairs of sandals, 2 pairs of shoes)

Went in on Saturday after no luck at another shoe store. Immediately was helped, the whole process took maybe 10 minutes start to finish. I now forget the older ladies name who assured me but holy man, does she know her stuff! She was so polite and funny and extremely helpful!! I’ve never had such a good experience than I have with her!! Shelly, Sheila? She’s amazing!! 11/10 recommend stopping in to see her. If I could give Dawson’s a million star review because of her, I would!!

Amazing service! Got a pair of blundstones boots today! Amazing service!! I went to soft mocs at first they gave me the wrong size! I went to Dawson's asked for a size 8 and she gave me the actual needed! They know how blundstones actually need to fit.
