We recently came in to get some new skates for our Son and we had the most amazing customer service from Matt the assistant manager.

Matt was very informative about all the features and differences between the models and helped us to get the perfect pair.

While we waited for the skates to heat in the oven and be fitted, Matt engaged with us in a great conversation and gave us some additional guidance on some other gear that were are interested in purchasing in the near future.

Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back again and won't hesitate to recommend Matt and Cyclone Taylor to our friends.

I live nowhere close to this location but I make the trip even if all I need is sock tape. The staff are amazing and the store is always stocked, but Kai is the man. Getting back into the sport he fitted me gear specifically to meet my needs and play style. Whether it was getting fitted with right skates or selecting the right stick in a sea of options, he nailed every aspect. Can’t say enough great things about him.

Don't show up with less than an hour to go before they close, you will get one word answers and the bum's rush out the door. The place in Langley by Willowbrook was a FAR better experience.

We were finding the right goalie helmet for our daughter and we went to couple of places but couldn’t find the right one with right price , eventually we decided to go to Cyclone Taylor in Surrey and customer service was phenomenal. They have lots of knowledge and they are very honest. Wally helped my daughter to get right helmet and even taught her different techniques, thankyou so much for your kindness.

I took 2 of my grandchildren here to get outfitted for hockey. My grandkids have played for years but I know very little about hockey gear. The staff were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, friendly, fun and we're concerned about my budget. Once they established my budget 2 staff each took a kid and did an awesome job of making sure the gear was right for them and fitted well. Overall it was a great experience for both me and my grandchildren. Even if they were more expensive than the big box stores, which they are not, it would be worth extra for the service. Thanks for making a potentially painful experience quite enjoyable.
