Shopped here a couple of times. They have a good selection of outdoor goods. A spacious store, not cramped, makes for relaxed shopping. Great service from Alex who gives good advice and has an excellent product knowledge.

Brilliant store! The guy who served us was spot on. I was after decent walking boots but didn't want to spend a fortune. He was informative, gave great advice and trying them out on the ramp is excellent. Got a quality pair which I am delighted with. Even better that they come with a warranty! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Seemingly selling several faulty products and then refusing to refund customers.
If you're about to do a hike and worried about rain showers in the freezing cold, I would recommend going to one of the many other shops around.
They could have even offered to swap the products for similar ones as we only wanted to have products that work as they are supposed to, but they didn't.
I would suggest going to the mountain warehouse instead, I have a decent waterproof jacket and hiking boots from them, and the customer service is way better.

A decent sized store, very neat and tidy. Some lovely gear but the usual silly prices. ? I know this gear is not cheap but some jackets are £500 plus!

There is a sale rail, with some reasonable prices if you can find your size.
