Nous nous sommes rendus chez Louboutin à Miami Design District pour acheter une paire de sneakers. La vendeuse qui s’appelle Tru a été parfaite avec nous, malheureusement la pointure dont j’avais besoin n’était pas en stock.
Elle m’a donc proposé de me les commander et de les recevoir le lendemain. Parfait j’accepte la proposition qui est de les régler avant de les recevoir. Le lendemain chose promis les sneakers sont en boutique mais Tru est off ce jour là. Une personne nous accueille déjà différemment car la vente est déjà « conclu », la manageuse du magasin nous évite, super ambiance… après l’essai de la bonne pointure il s’avère que les chaussures me font mal sur le coup de pied. De bonne volonté je demande a essayer un autre modèle pour voir la différence mais même problème. À partir de ce moment là plus personnes pour nous aider, nous conseiller… du mal à se faire rembourser et finalement laisser seul dans le magasin… un peu léger comme service… dommage vous avez perdu un client et une paire pour ma femme…

Wow i had the best experience ever this past weekend in this store. The French lady, I think her name was Natalie, was amazing and very knowledgeable on helping me with picking the right shoe size.. the store was beautiful. Everybody was professional, including the security guard I met name Ace he was very professional and helpful by helping me go to the right stores since I was press on time.. I drove all the way from Homestead and I will be back here again and I recommend everyone shop and ask for Natalie

I honestly don't know where to start but let me say firstly that this is an experience I won't ever forget. Ever since I was 14 I have always wanted a pair of Christian Louboutin's, so whilst I was in Miami for a few days, we popped into this store just to have a look at first because I was going to buy the shoes at the end of the holiday. So as we walked into the shop, we were greeted by the body guard who locks the door each time a customer leaves or enters the store, meaning that only a certain amount of customers at one time are present in the store, making this a more personal experience and a lovely man called Mario who has worked in this store for 13 years. He actually complimented me on my hair at first and we got talking about how I put these pieces of glitter in my hair and then I went on to explain that this will be my first pair of Christian Louboutin shoes and I was treating myself for my 30th birthday. He could not have made me feel more welcomed than he did and nothing was too much trouble, he asked me to pick out a few pairs of shoes that I liked and then went to get them in my size to try on, he was explaining to me about trying the shoes on with this sock that they give you, as it helps your feet fill the shoes first and once you've walked round a bit, you take the sock off and try the shoes without it. He was so knowledgeable on all the shoes and how they should and shouldn't make your feet feel, I was totally blown away. After two hours and 15 minutes exactly, I decided on a pair of shoes to buy, even though I was torn between two pairs but again, Mario helped me come to my decision. He also very kindly said that they would hold on to my shoes whilst I was on my weeks cruise, so they were safe and I could collect them when I returned. Like I said at the beginning of this review, it's an experience I won't ever forget and I can't thank Mario and the team enough. I absolutely love my shoes! Thank you ♥️

Maria has over 150 pairs of CLB but this was her first time to this location and she LOVED it. Great sales people that work with you to find the lifestyle shoes that work for you. A very nice boutique with friendly and helpful sales representatives. I always get great customer service and the quality of the shoes is the best. I wear my shoes almost everyday and they still look as good as day one. They are comfortable and, of course, get lots of nice compliments.

Mario, and the rest of the staff continue to give excellent customer service, and the shoes I’ve bought here over the past year and a half still look great!

Fantastic Boutique with amazing products and offerings! Attended a great event here recently with DJ, catering, and great security staff. Valet outside was also very accommodating and helpful throughout the event. Will definitely be back for shopping in the future. Perfect place for insta photos as well. Can’t wait to go back when the next collection is released.

This was my first pair of Louboutins and I was a little overwhelmed when I walked into the store. Mario was extremely attentive and helpful - he guided me through the whole process from sizing to fitting and made it a truly remarkable experience!
