The drinks and food here were delicious, It definitely was to my liking since I have quite a sweet tooth. Service was really professional and overall excellent! The workers provide great manners, a calming tone and especially the time management of the orders were good. I wouldn't say fast, but it was still a good pace. The prices for the items are quite reasonable since I couldn't find anywhere else who has the cheapest items unlike Cha House. I definitely recommend going to this place for a quick snack, or just to fulfill your energy for the day.

I like drinks ! Specially strawberry yogurt! They have this set of small pastries that cost $6-7 ! Highly recommended

I usually go out of my way to come here for the bubble waffle every time I am on the northeast end of the city and today was just a huge let down. The bubble waffle was clearly burnt, no matter where you go for this it NEVER looks this colour. I tried to talk to the employees to let them know I wasn't happy and their response rather than to correct the issue was to argue that the waffle was not burnt and insist nothing was wrong. I am very disappointed in how this was handled as any reputable establishment would have at least attempted to remake it. The lack of basic customer service has made this my last visit.

The stuff are so rude and they dont respect customers unprofessional i want to order strawberry milkshake .i told her last time it wasnt good it was bad.she said to me why u want to order if it was bad last time ?!!! What an unprofessional way to talk to customers. I was gonna give a try because i always buy from their store never again so rude

The drinks here are just amazing. I always order my brown sugar milk tea with pearls and they always make it so perfectly. Not too sweet, not too blant, but just perfect. The customer service along with the atmosphere of the place was so positive and everyone was so nice. The staff were definitely chosen properly as they bring a smile to customers.

I came back to Cha House in Sunridge Mall after my friend quit/fired to give their drinks another try, but unfortunately, nothing's changed. The boba is still weak, and the flavors are still bland.

My friend's experience working here was already a red flag - they mentioned being treated poorly by the owner and their coworkers and receiving unfair pay. Now, as a customer, I can see that the staff are still overworked and stressed which may or may not affect how they handle customers.

Until Cha House prioritizes their employees' well-being and improves their drinks, I won't be back. Disappointing experience, again.

Worst experience ever! I have had yogurt mango from various places and have had amazing drinks being made with yogurt being clearly there in the drink.
Requested yogurt mango for my family from this place today and there was no yogurt at all in all the drinks and they filled in tap water to fill in the cup. It was simply mango flavoured water that I was served while I ordered yogurt mango. The workers kept laughing after looking at each other when they filled in tap water in each of the drinks i ordered and continued giggling even after I asked why do they use tap water.
Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour.
All the drinks had to be thrown to the garbage and we as customers have been ripped off.
Terrible customer service and terrible drinks were served. I would never visit this place again and complaints are being filed with the higher authorities.

Absolutely impeccable customer service done presented today. I had the delicious pork ramen and the wonderful lady in the back was quick and my stomach was filled after. I also had the brown sugar milktea! This store just amazes me with their seemingly close and familiar relationship and there was just a really good system for drink efficiency that they had. Amazing. 10 stars if I could.
