I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Call It Spring location. The staff was not only uninterested in helping me but downright rude. When I asked for assistance finding my size, the employee rolled their eyes and responded in a condescending tone. I felt completely disrespected and unwelcome. Their attitude was unprofessional, and it was clear they had no intention of providing good customer service. I left the store without making a purchase, and I won’t be returning. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses it to improve the customer experience.

Worst experience ever! I could have seen the reviews before buying from this store. I purchased fall boots, wore it and walked hardly for 250m in walkway, my ankle started hurting and decided to return. I went to return within 3 days of purchase. The manager didn’t accept my return because it’s been worn. I explained her saying that I will get to know the comfortable of the shoes by wearing them but she refused to take return and said that even if wear for a minute it’s not returnable. Waste of money and time!!

Worst ever
The experience is so bad the girl over there on December 3rd in night is so rude and overconfident not even greeting customers. We were standing in front of her she didn’t even look she just doing her work without letting us know for some time. Idk why you hire people like this who have zero costumer service. And after the checkout like i. Was asking for a bag like what is this she didn’t know to ask costumer they need bag or not . Absolutely you hire the wrong one only one thing these store need is a good costumer service.

Sent me someone else’s order and only offered for me to go and ship it back to them. Did not receive my actual order. Terrible customer service. Would never shop here again. Take ownership in your mistake and fix it.

Today I went into the Fairview mall location in Kitchener to buy new dress shoes. This happened at around 3:45pm. Two girls stood at the cash, I was not greeted. They then walked into the back came back out and I then was still standing there as they chatted and still not greeted. I spoke up and said are either of you going to say hi or help me I am the only customer in the store. It wasn't until I spoke up one decided to help. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had in a store so small with me being the only customer. It's a shame that Miljana isn't there anymore cause I know I would of been given great customer service.

Long story short..Beware of the manager. This manager has been a nightmare to deal with. A simple transaction of returning a pair of not used shoes (purchased a week ago, with receipts) was refused. Specifically said 'you cant tell me what to do, I am not going to complete the return'... now, you'd think, what did he say to have her say that. "Hey, i have a return id like to do, thanks'... after she said No to the return, i asked her name to know who i was dealing with only to be accused of being a stalker and that her name doesnt matter... she told me that she can do the return, but does not want to.. by the way, i was the ONLY customer in the store.

This seems common in the reviews for this location.

I've had multiple encounters with the store manager at Call It Spring, and each time, she has displayed a consistently rude and unprofessional attitude. Her behavior has been nothing short of disrespectful, and it's clear that customer service is not a priority for her. I find her demeanor to be extremely off putting and unwelcoming. It's disappointing to see a store manager behave in such a manner. I hope the company takes steps to address this issue and improve the overall shopping experience for customers.
