I received excellent and friendly service from all the staff. Lauren made me feel super special. She's very professional and she provides honest, accurate advice, suggestions and feedback. I've purchased 3 pairs of orthotics thus far and I am very pleased with them. I've also purchased a pair of sandals which have been fitted with orthotics. Thank you so much Lauren. My doctor referred me to BioPed as I am starting to develop a hammer toe. They recommended an assessment and it was determined that an orthotic might help my gait and stop the development of the hammer toe. Lauren was very professional and the orthotic was ready in a week and a half. I wore it for several hours that first day and it is quite comfortable, unlike some I’ve had in the past:

I had a wonderful experience with BioPed. I was greeted by Jennifer who was very pleasant and Colby who also was very pleasant and helpful. Colby fitted and custom made my orthotics. It was quick, easy and so far has alleviated my foot pain. The explanation of what my problem was helped me to understand my foot mechanics and how the orthotics would help fix the problem. I am likely going to buy a second pair for convenience now that I have tried my first pair for a week and am walking again without pain. Friendly and attentive service. Happy customer and recommend them for anybody who is in need of pain relief and getting back to a normal quality of life.
