My tele-visit with Dr. Fontana was very thorough and helpful. She gave my doggy and I the attention we needed. She took her time, no rushing through the appointment. Thank you! Seemed very knowledgeable. The Better Vet team is very professional and reliable. Thank you Maria R. and Laura B. for replying so promptly to my medical records request. I'm very disappointed that Better Vet, Dr. Meyer, no longer service my area. She's an amazing and caring veteranian. Due to my doggy's seizures, I NEED a mobile vet. This company is a 5 star service!

I decided to go to this type of veterinary service because my cat gets very nervous around a lot of people and smells and it was an excellent experience. The truth is that it was very informative. Dr. Olga Meyer and her assistant were very kind and professional. I recommend them 100%. Zeva felt very comfortable with the check-up.

This is the way to go if going to the vet with your cat stresses your cat & you out.
Dr. Olga Meyer and the vet tech ( sorry, didn't catch the name) were friendly and professional, they did offer tips for an easier visit for everyone, my cat was still a little nervous because he knew we were trying to catch him for a reason.
I would recommend Better Vet to anyone with more than 1 animal that is difficult to transport.

The team arrived punctually, even at the earlier end of the time window, which I appreciated. They were well-prepared with all the necessary supplies and protective equipment. I had specifically noted that my cat needed vaccinations and dental cleaning. Although I understand that BetterVet might not offer dental cleanings, I was disappointed that it wasn't addressed or even mentioned during the visit. When I inquired about dental wipes, no advice was provided, which was concerning.

The vet appeared a bit nervous, and unfortunately, this seemed to affect the overall experience. My cat was already very vocal and distressed, and the slow, tentative approach only served to increase his agitation. The examination felt quite basic, as they only listened to his heart. I believe the checkup could have been more thorough and less stressful if I had been allowed to assist, perhaps by holding him or using a towel to create a "cat burrito" to calm him down. Despite offering my help several times, the team declined, which I found frustrating.

Overall, the experience left me feeling that the visit could have been handled with more confidence and thoroughness, especially given my cat's anxiety.

The visit was very positive and personnel knew what they were doing and were very gentle with Louie. As usual Pedro treated Louie with care and kept him calm while he attended to Louie's ears. His Cytopoint injection went off without a hitch and Louie and I can relax for the next 3 months. Thank you.

Dr Olga was very gentle with Benji! she let him sit on my lap while she took blood and was very caring to send an email with supplements not even 10 minutes after she left!

We had a great experience with Dr. Meyer and her team! Our two cats get very nervous when going to the vet, so we opted for Better Vet and it not disappoint! They were treated with a lot of care and love and did not even get nervous! We are very thankful for the Better Vet team!!
