Visited Audrey’s Closet during the Walkerville Holiday Walk today. Needed to revamp my wardrobe and was pleasantly surprised by their diverse and well-organized collection. Managed to grab a few tops, pants, and a jacket. Margie provided exceptional service, and I had a brief but enjoyable chat with the owner, Pamela, at checkout. Despite their closing hours, they graciously accommodated me. It feels great to support local businesses like Audrey’s Closet. - Angela

I had a great shopping experience here. Pamela is so friendly and helpful. I am shy but I felt very comfortable talking to her, and I walked out with a nice dress at a reasonable price.

My family and I stopped in at Audrey's Closet & Company on Friday ,October 13, 2023. One of my family members had to take an important phone call while she was in the store. The owner began to speak poorly of our family member who was on the phone, basically shaming them about being on the phone while she was in her store. Her complaints about our family member had a very racist undertone. The owner then approaches my family member and rudely told her to be quiet as though she was speaking to a child. My family member was incredibly embarrassed and felt humiliated by the experience. Needless to say we spent no money at this establishment and recommend others do the same.

Todays visit was not my first but it will definitely be my last. I have a severe allergic reaction on my hands and I had difficulty removing 2 clothing items and some of my cover up transferred onto the items, which I hadn't even noticed. Instead of coming to me the employee starts talking trash to a customer rather loudly, about how disgusting that is and wanted to know where I was. I, also quite loudly, said I'm right here! She turned to the back with the items and refused to address me directly. When she returned she began speaking with a customer and began loudly complaining about how I was on speaker phone with someone trying to coordinate things for the attire I was looking for. Keep in mind I'm wearing blue latex gloves to protect my severely injured hands and was trying to navigate my way through as fast as I could. I had even called and spoke with her directly about my allergy the day before. She still refused to address my directly so I politely returned the 2 pairs of footwear I was going to purchase and I left before I said or did something I would regret! Absolutely unprofessional not to mention rude and discriminatory!

I was treated very rudely by one of the workers because I wasn't aware that they do not accept debit/credit cards if the purchase is under $60. Her reasoning behind this was that credit card companies take out too much money from her pocket, but assuming that the rate is 3%, that would have only been a $0.45 loss. The other worker was very kind and offered to pay for the pants for me, but then the rude worker was rude to her coworker too. She was extremely condescending. Since I didn't have any cash on me, the rude worker's first suggestion was that I go get a cash advance. I think that is a bit ridiculous to do just for wanting a $15 pair of pants. There are no signs posted about the no credit cards if under $60 thing. I do not recommend unless you want to be treated like garbage.

I went in to Audrey's closet this afternoon looking for a black jacket for a birthday celebration coming up and the owner was VERY helpful and fun to talk with.
The store is very clean and very well organized. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

This place of business is well organized.
When I walked into the shop I thought I was walking into a regular retail ladies clothing store selling new clothes.
It is so clean.
You can tell the items are well chosen.
I will go back again and again for great finds.

Great selection. Great prices. Not pretentious. This is my favourite consignment shop around!
