Worse place for customer service!
My $150+ hiking boots had a defect and they literally made a scene when I asked for a refund/exchange.

The manger threw a fit, told me this was awkward and pounded on his keyboard and mouse like a 6 year old.

Worst experience in this town!

This place has a great selection of outdoor equipment and are probably the only retailer in town to carry Osprey. The sales associate here was super friendly and helpful and aided me in picking out the perfect pack for the trails. I will be back!

I ordered from the website the boots. It was in stock, I payed my order and after few days Arthur James Clothing Company wrote me a message that it not in stock. Sorry but is not a good service to take a money from a customers and after to refuse ..... NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!
