Horrible return policy! States 100% happiness but it is total opposite. Never was told their return policy had changed. Had the merchandise, tags and receipt and was denied an exchange. Didn't even apologize was just told well our policy has changed.

I stopped in to shop for some new jeans today and I’ve never felt more appreciated and good about myself as when I was helped by an amazing and bubbly employee. I genuinely wish i could remember her name but she made me feel so welcomed and so good about myself and I walked out of there with a huge smile on my face and a few new pairs of jeans. She was helpful and knew all about the styles of jeans in the store. She gets a 100 out of 10 for customer service and kindness!!

2 weeks til Xmas and I was not expecting the service and awesome attitude I received today! I was looking for men's jeans for my son and Mike came out of crowd, asked me what I needed, found the sizes and the styles, took them to the counter so I could continue shopping. Few minutes later I had more merchandise and he took them too. . When I was done Mike had all my items waiting at cashier. He was the most polite and helpful associate.

Was trying to look at pants to buy, but young lady with brown hair stocking shelves wouldn't move while we tried browsing the area. Ended up just leaving, I don't understand or maybe I do. It's like you don't care if customers buy anything or not cause it's just a job, but isn't your job also to sell things in store? She really can't recognize when someone is trying to browse an area? We were standing next to her and looking over at that side and waiting and she didn't offer to let us browse quickly or ask us anything. No communication whatsoever. Oh well I guess.
