I recently shopped at the Aldo shoe store located in Santa Monica 3rd Street Promenade and was thoroughly impressed by both the shoes selection and mostly by the impeccable service of the store manager Stephanie. The store showcased a variety of modern styles, and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable Stephanie ensured that my customer experience was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring my satisfaction. I can’t recommend that Stephanie at the Santa Monica Promenamde enough for a fantastic shopping experience. I entered the store just browsing not needing anything. It is true, “People don’t buy your product; they buy you!”

I had a lovely experience with Miyara. She was so helpful & kind. I had to exchange a pair of shoes ordered online due to the wrong size & she helped me right away. When I returned to the store to pick up the new order (a couple weeks later), she remembered me & checked in to make sure the new size fit better. I very much appreciate her amazing customer service & felt so welcome in the store. I am very happy with my experience in the store & my purchase. I look forward to returning in the future. We passed by on Black Friday and Stephanie opened the door for us even though they were closed, she was very helpful, helping my husband find the most comfortable work shoes and they were on sale! Had a great experience, thanks Stephanie!

An employee “forgot” to add my shoe care that I purchased to my box when packing it. Make sure you check your stuff before you leave because who wants to pay for something that they were promised but never received.

Came in here for fun and ended up trying on 5 pairs of shoes. I was helped by Eddie who was awesome - gave me time to browse but was then attentive and quick despite being the only person on the floor helping customers. Thank you Eddie for your excellent customer service!

We came in to buy some last minute Prom shoes to the Third Street Promenade store in Santa Monica. We had great help at first from Ammbur and then from Destiny. Both were everything you would hope for when looking for guidance whilst shopping. Very happy with fun demeanors also. We got the shoes and all the help we needed. Thank you!

This employee should be fired!
On 12/10 we came to this store to return online order. After 30 min the only employee serving customers told my wife that she needs some barcode to return and send her away. After wasting time searching thru website we realized employee just needs to enter order #. Trying second time and employee was still unable to complete return and didn't suggest anything, stared at us with apologizing eyes. I asked for a manager to help with return but manager from her words was on a brake. At 7pm, when store is set to close! After some waiting I stepped into back room to inquire when the manager would be able to help to know if it's worth waiting. Without letting me to say a single word, the manager, from her words, (on the photo) started yelling at me aggressively demanding to go away threatening to call security. Being frustrated with such rude behavior I took a photo of her and then she immedately stood up, confronted and grabbed my phone with force. Then she was trying to access it to delete photo. I repeatedly asked her to return my phone. She didn’t and continued to demand to delete photo and threatening that nobody would complete my return. (There were 3 employees in the store now, and nobody would do a thing). Every single word that i would say she interrupted with yelling. I didn't want to escalate conflict any further and said that i'm leaving and will call police for theft. Eventually she returned my phone and kicked out me and my wife away.
I've never expected to experience anything like this before thruout my life. This person should not work in customer service!
