Been having balance and mobility issues for a while. Taking all the right steps with PT & rehab but the missing link seemed to be my shoes. Stephen helped me out and was super informative & a very laid back dude. I got the shoes, socks, and some fascia tools I needed. They ran gait and stability tests that showed my feet were not as bad as I thought. Just needed better shoes to fit my goals. A few hours later my legs and feet are a bit sore but in the best way! I can tell these minimal shoes are activating muscles that have been turned off from my feet being jammed in my regular shoes. Ask for Stephen if you can, he was beyond helpful. Enjoy!

Robert was professional and friendly when picking up the phone. Said it was not as busy, so I headed over.

(Just note, they are ATTENTIVE and take their time when helping you, so if you come when they are busier, you may have to wait).

Worked with Jay and he was GREAT.

I told him I have a half coming up and want to train for a marathon right after.

He did my diagnostics, told me I was pronated and brought like 4 shoes out to get the fit right and see which one I liked the best.

Walked away with a good amount of purchases.

I will be coming here again.

Crash and Burn

Came in for a "race" day shoe that was $270 and a young man helped me out pointed me in a different direction for a everyday running shoe $170. He was very knowledgeable of the shoes. Will be back here for my running gear!

I am not sure if I am reviewing one specific location, or the business overall... this location only got 4 vs 5 stars because they were in a temporary location (for like 6 months already haha) but it is mere steps across the strip mall from where google maps sends you (they should probably look into correcting that after months of a temporary location) and if you are going to a running store, a few steps should not be a problem. (Didnt even need to move my car) this place is AWESOME! They put you through all the paces, pun intended, and figure out everything about your feet! Do you pronate, where is your weight placed, how do you achilles tendons bend as you walk, do you need orthotic insoles, etc? They totally cured my plantar fasciitis many years ago (different location but same business) and I in turn referred multiple people to them with the same PF issue and they cured them, too! Bring your bank account, you get what you pay for, but worth every penny. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. Who would think one can be an expert at a shoe store?! This is not foot locker, or walmart, for shoes.

Excellent customer service from knowledge staff is why this place has all these awards. Despite being busy, they give ample time and education to each customer on what options might be a good fit and every one leaves the store happy. I picked up shoes here the other day and got to experience the difference in shoe types with my own feet and ended up with a much happier purchase than I could have expected from online research alone. Highly recommended for athletes, excellent customer experience every time I'm in store, will likely buy all my shoes here
