Only rated one because there was no lower number. Dr. Patty is ok but if you have to deal with Sara then it’s not worth it. I thought she was a good person too. No empathy at all and dishonest. And I always had payment that day for three years. Sara lied and ruined any chance of my dog having the perfect home and living her best life. She lied when confronted and she had no reason to make my dog look so aggressive. She has behavior issues that the couple and I had discussed but why did she do this? Why did you lie, Sara? Do better. Care about all animals if that’s your position. This has definitely destroyed my hopes of the best for my dog and my faith in humanity..especially your docs and vets.

Dr Patty is a very special human being. She came to my home to help me say goodbye to my best friend Jake and I will forever be grateful for the privilege to say goodbye to my boy in our home. She was so kind, wonderfully calm, and very professional. She took the time to explain what would happen and was empathetic throughout. I am so thankful for her services, she made a very difficult and painful experience as peaceful as it could be. I took Leo, my doggo, into see Dr. Patty with an eye injury. He couldn’t open his eye and was noticeably uncomfortable. Initial recovery was slow and required that we reassess treatment protocol. Dr. Patty determined that a Keratotomy was needed to help stimulate the healing process. I’ll spare the details, but it’s a somewhat invasive procedure involving the eyeball. It was scary, but the prognosis was good. Fast forward and Leo’s made a full recovery. His eye is wide open, not sensitive to light and he’s back to being the goofy boxer dog he is.

Dr. Patty and her team are the best veterinary care team that I have ever had the experience of working with. They are an incredibly compassionate team and have your animal’s best interest at heart. They will give you all the facts and lay out expectations in language you can understand. I trust in their knowledge, skill, integrity, and care. I would not take my furry family anywhere else.

My sister recently put her very sick dog down. My whole family has been using Dr. Patty for years. She had excellent bedside manner and a wonderful and beautiful sendoff for my sister's dog. Dr Patty was outstanding once again! I discovered Boomer had some how broken his dew claw after hours and I was leaving town 1st thing in the morning. She responded to my message and got Boomer in first thing in the morning and got him taken care of. She worked with my daughter’s schedules since I was unable to bring him myself. Boomer was home resting before noon and is on the mend! Thank you again for going above and beyond to help me get boomer the care he needed.
