Hi. I was highly disappointed with my shopping experience.
I was told if the item I purchased went on sale I could bring my receipt in and get a refund for the difference. It did go on sale and when I brought my receipt it they refused to give me a refund and they were rude and the manager refused to even speak to me.
I recommend shopping somewhere else.

This is mine and my wife's favourite store to visit each time we go to the Devonshire mall as Spencer's comes highly recommended for all gift ideas. For Christmas, birthdays, Halloween, etc. If you have not stopped in to check it out I do recommend looking around

Staff was unfriendly and the prices are outrageous !!! My son picked up a oinking pig was $9.99 that you could buy at dollar store for way cheaper. Not only that my bf was looking at nose rings and asked the lady she waves her hands and says they are here and walks away. Then we finally pick put a pair we want not noticing the price and it was $40 like seriously $40 for 2 nose rings. That's insane.

I’ve been to a couple Spencer’s around Ontario but this one had, by far, the most enthusiastic staff. Particularly this young woman named Cassidy.

She helped me pick out this lovely anime shirt which my son only wears on special occasions now. It’s very refreshing to have been helped by such a kind and knowledgeable staff member. A word of advice? Ask for Cassidy upon arriving.

Staff was very unfriendly and uncooperative during my purchase, andthey forgot to take off the tag after my purchase. I ended up splattering the ink trying to get it off wasting my clothing garment.

Went in to purchase a few things for my son for his birthday, employees didn't even seem to notice me. Was not asked if I needed help, I asked where an item was and employee said he wasn't sure and to "just look around". I was the only customer in the store and they didn't even care just stood at the counter and talked. I definitely will not return!
