Absolutely worst Auction house I've ever dealt with. An absolute lack of professionalism at its absolute lowest. Paid for my items over 1 month ago, nothing shipped. Finally got 2 of the 4 boxes I paid for and my items were so poorly packed most arrived damaged. To add insult to injury neither the pictures or description were reflected ofcwhat I received. Now I paid 200 for shipping and these low life's could of shipped everything in one box (which I asked for) Never ever again. True advice Stay far away from these weirdos.

Do NOT use if you cannot pick up in person. Most frustrating auction company to deal with. They do not respond to email and voice mail is always full.
My 1st experience with them went great, bid and won. Requested shipping and received an invoice for shipping costs quickly. Paid and received right away.
2nd time had a snag but overall happy with it. Same as before but this time shipment had to be sent in 2 packages. Received the 1st one and then nothing. Emailed OSA asking about 2nd package, they never responded but the package was received by Canada Post the next day and delivered in a few days.
3rd time should have been a sign to stop dealing with them. Bid, won, requested shipping, paid for shipping and then nothing. Waited a few days and then emailed asking about my package. No response. Sent several more emails and no response. Tried calling and kept getting voice mail but couldn't leave a message because it was full. Finally got through and spoke to someone and they said it hadn't shipped because it didn't get marked off as paid. They looked up the shipping invoice, saw that it was paid and said they would get it sent right away which they did. So, took awhile but eventually did receive my package. Which is fine, not ideal but these are wants not needs. Mistakes happen but I did get what I paid for in the end.
Decided to try a 4th time and the downward trend in customer service continued. Bid, won, paid for items, requested shipping and received no shipping invoice from them. Tried emailing and calling and couldn't get a response. Even tried texting this time but nothing. Finally got someone on the phone and he said he didn't know why a shipping invoice wasn't sent but he would talk to his boss and get this sorted out. I have had this conversation with him 4 times now and still nothing. He remembers speaking to me but has no answer for me. The auction was 3 months ago and on the auction details, they even complained about people not picking up items fast enough. Guess I should have quit dealing with them after the 3rd time but hopefully this will help others save their money.

2 weeks ago I won an item and was told in the email I would get an invoice for shipping 1-2 days after the auction ended. After a week had passes I sent another email and they ensured me it would be sent out by the next day or so. Nothing was sent and now they’ve ignored my last few emails regarding an update. I find that very unprofessional.

EDIT September 2024 : they have ignored my last few e-mails regarding the items I won. Nothing was ever sent out to me.

I have reached out for over a month, a couple weeks ago someone finally answered the phone. My auction invoice and shipping was paid. With out taking any information but my name the guy said it will be shipped. Not one email is replied to, not answering phone and answering machine is full. Stay away. As far as I’m concerned they have stolen more than 125$ from me. For Nothing. Just close your doors if you can’t do simple business. Feel like a fool for using these guys. Make it right. Contacting ont hi bid to see if they can assist. Insane to be stealing from people when everyone is so strapped. Just sad and pathetic. Anyone working here?

Just received my items I purchased via a recent auction and I had no issues with the process. Items were as described and shipping was reasonable. I don’t recall getting an email tracking confirmation or anything so the package arrival was a pleasant surprise for a Monday. I will shop with this business again. A positive experience for what I think was only my second auction purchase!

Edited on Oct 4 2024 I’ve purchased a few more times since this was first written. Have always received items purchased in good order and they have been packaged well for contents in each case. The time between auction ending and receiving invoice /item is understandable as they are what seems to be a small yet very busy operation. I’d love to visit their market at some point to check out what looks to be an array of booths.

There is a multi-vendor antique market here (as well as an auction place). It is bigger than expected - I'm guessing around 50 vendors. A good mix of antiques, vintage, collectibles and used items - plus some minerals/rocks, etc. Some very good prices. Almost entirely smalls.

I'll definitely go back the next time I'm in the area.

What a wonderful treasure house of unique antiques, collectibles and fun things. And the family that runs it is so so so helpful, thoughtful and funny! We try to get there at least a couple times a month!
