The staff was body shaming and was very disrespectful, she was also snarling everyone. The workers are rude and got angry at the people trying the dresses and was fed up for no reason. She didn’t look happy and looked fed up only at us when we entered the shop. There was no policy that you couldn’t call but when we were calling to show someone the dress she got mad. She just shouted and stared at everyone. The staff was coming into the changing room with no consent to look at us. I would’ve given this place a 0 but I have to give this a 1. I don’t recommend this place.

Can’t fault this place. Quaint little store ideal for gifts for the Mrs and lots of variety. Staff were very helpful and really welcoming.

Fantastic service from this shop! I literally ran in on last minute to get ready for a Diwali party and they helped me and even altered a dress for the next day highly recommend

nice good quality clothing.I have bought a few dresses from here,they are always perfect,quality and price.The employees are very nice, polite and helpful.
I have rated De L' amour a 2 star because I do not like the owners attitude.
she is very rude not helpful at all her attitude seems as though she does not want to be bothered with her customers.
I will be revisiting this shop again,maybe I will be able to give a better review.

Very very bad experience, honestly very upset
 will never be going to this shop again
Came in and purchased over 7 pieces
Was promised taylor was amazing however was very supprised when recieved dresses - instructions were not followed and nothing was really done 

This created alot of inconvenience as i do not live local
.
Went back to the shop and taylor was extremely rude blaming me 
. Customer service was absoltely terrible from this taylor
After a huge coversation of going backwards and forwards taylor redid the alterations and again as promised nothing was done
 you can understand the frustration of paying good money and not getting whats promised.

Visited here through a recommendation from a very close friend and must say nice selection of dresses and very responsibly priced. They lady that was serving and running the place was very polite and helpful. Although we did not buy anything from there on the day in sure will be returning.
