This is where I have to go to get my shoe's cause the one's that's close to my house don't seem to have em in my size. The staff is cool an helpful everytime I go, if they don't have it someone looks it up for me every more of a reason to keep going back.

The store bondhill 6101 I bought my size 2y at the Lady was rude and talking nasty to me and not helpful at first and didn't answer the phone. When I arrived they told me no one had called all day, then i told them I've tried to call the lady Courtney said the phone is broken,she was really rude and I don't plan on going back to that store.

The worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time! Do not order from them online, because their website must be from 2008, bc it doesn't update its inventory. So they take your money and can hold it for up to 30 days! 7-14 days is one thing! 30 is outrageous! Never again!

1/24/24 @ 2;45pm the yellow girl with the bird ponytail Kay I believe. Locks the door sits behind the register just looking, it's raining I waited several minutes for her to finally get up.Just to finally get the door just as nasty I walk in its silence i say hello she barely speaks I ask about shoes for my kid she responds I don't no I say we'll come over here I need to no prices she walks over an yells I think 90.i just say u no what just forget it your service is the worst ever I'm not spending my hundreds here with your attitude just miserable smdh fire her she hates her easy job and refused to give me a mandatory Speak with number

This store needs to be retrained on how the customer experience should go, they did not want to resourceful, nor did they want to keep me coming back as a returning customer. I wanted a discount on a display shoe for it had been tried on and was dirty. I didn't want to pay full price for a shoe out of box and tried on by others. When asked a store manager, I was giving the run around. You could not tell employee from a store shopper. Communication and willingness to keep a customer they didn't care. I didn't feel welcomed at all. I spent over $300 and yet didn't feel respected.
