Pedicure was great with the cat eye with one of the ladies but it was when I got my manicure done was went it all went left. The guy that did my nails was aggressive and sweating the whole time on my hands. As he was doing the cat eye affect, he had polished each nail 6 times, failed then tested to take them off with nail polish remover (doesn’t work well for gel color). I asked the lady that did my toes if she could fix my nails and asked me to ask the owner and the owner got upset and blamed them on my nails size saying they are too small, lol! They tried to fix them and I came out just like this, polish still left on my skin, mind you it is $45 extra just for the cat effect I asked for. Still charged by his service since he “cut my cuticle” another $20. Felt super disrespected and uncomfortable to even speak up.

Not only did they not shape my nails right, they were suppose to be coffin not square, the polish is bubbled up and peeling after just a couple of hours of getting them done. I got 2 pedicures and one full set and was charge $213 for this. Definitely didn’t get what I paid for. Will not return and do not recommend.

Do NOT waste your time here!!!!!!

They overcharge for their mediocre work.
Don’t forget to ask about their sterilization process and prices before you go if you make that decision. They charged 100 for a manicure and pedicure and you see the end results are not something I would walk around with, much less let my friends/family.

So we went to Lux to have them redone and they NOW look amazing!!

I’ve been coming here for pedicures since they opened and have always been satisfied. Today I decided to get a pedicure and a dip manicure. The pedicure was great as always (5 stars) but the manicure was terrible. I hate that they work on your toes and fingers at the same time. It is so hard to pay attention to what they are wanting you to do and it’s super uncomfortable, especially being 38 weeks pregnant and having to sit at an angle the whole time and be mindful of both technicians. I also specifically said that I wanted a dip ‘manicure’ when I came in but the man who did my fingers didn’t do any manicuring at all. It’s been a long time since Ive had anything on my fingers and was looking forward to my cuticles being cut before applying the dip. When he finished there was top coat all over and around my fingernail and there was the hardened dip powder caked all underneath my nails. I asked him to fix it several times and could tell he was getting annoyed. I ended up just leaving and scraping out what I could at home. From a distance they are fine but look messy up close. Not the relaxing nail trip I was looking for.

Great environment! I was invited along to share my granddaughter’s first nail salon experience. She had a manicure & I had a relaxing pedicure while I watched her first salon experience. The staff was eager to help us get started & have a great experience. I came from out of town but will return if invited to share another spa date with the girls.

Rude employees. All they do is talk and laugh and they don't listen to the customer. Kelly dropped a wooden nail board on the top of my foot and it bruised and left a mark instantly. She didn't give 2 shits what happened to me. Her fault but my pain and no care from her. No wonder her employees are rude, because she is. Some the employees are very nice but most are not. Unfortunately will not be back. Lesson learned!

I came in for a pedicure and manicure and walked out feeling fabulous! I felt very relaxed and they even did my pedicure and manicure at the same time. For a busy woman this is very needed.
