My girlfriend needed help with her existing Scarpa boots. Had an absolute legend called Nigel look after her today. He was a fountain of knowledge, giving her lots of tips and tricks for her boots and advice for her next pair with no pressure of making any purchases.

This is a great store. Went in to review a tent and was pleasantly surprised by both enthusiasm, helpfulness, knowledge if the staff. The young lady gave excellent advice and ended up purchasing not only the tent, sleeping bag, thermarest support, MSR Pocket Rocket, chair and bits. This is how shops should be. Well worth the visit. Will be returning for more kit. They even show you how to put up your tent. Great service, well done to all. Back soon.

We went here for one specific item,
the Osprey Aether ll 55 litre on Sunday the 31st July, what an excellent member of staff we encountered, excellent customer service. They did not have it in store so he ordered it and it arrived at our address the next day, it's perfect, thank you.

Fantastic professional Service. Ideal place to visit if looking for any outdoor clothing or footwear. I went along looking for walking boots. I had my feet measured properly, and was advised by a lovely guy who had loads of outdoor experience. Prepared to spend the time with customers to make sure they make the right purchase. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend!

For once these guys actually had something I wanted in stock. Normally I have to click and collect for everything. For such a huge shop the stock they carry is appalling. However, the member of staff who assisted me was really helpful and she knew all the product stats and features off the top of her head. Was impressed - considering I only wanted some emergency shoe laces for my cycling shoes to get me home. I didn't realise there were so many lengths and material options 😮

I went into for Gait Analysis and buy a new pair of running shoes. James did the analysis and was really informative and knowledgeable about my running style and the types of running shoes. I felt really comfortable and he did a great job.
