Last year I came to this shop and I contacted the owner regarding sandles I brought asap, I don't think he cared for his customer, from his watts app message towards my enquire, I received a negative response.
He could have took my card details and done a refund for me with proof of images from me, he replied' that how can we give you a refund if we haven't got the sandles! I work in a high end luxry brand were I work if this was the case we never ask our customers to return the faulty item if it was low in price something like a broken item screw as to what what I sell i sell million pounds goods, just If you can understand the difference between price thousands of people struggling in life to earn £10 pounds of working hard to earn a living with circumstances attached, I'm from different walk of life and this is the level of customer service i received.
I don't think customer service exists in this Shoe shop, I have struggled with these sandles had a bad experience , that day I didn't know people like this still exist in the world I was so hurt as now its been a year gone I am left with these sandles I never worn.
The moral of the issues was a young lad working in this shoe shop in bradford shanis footware with no shoe experiance, sold me a pair of two different feet of two different styles one style was different and the other foot was different I got home and could t believe what i was looking at, the owner of the shop told me on wats app that they might have gave the odd shoes to another customer as well so they have gave a wrong style of footware to the other aswell customer wow this is great customer service isn't it?
I still haven't received my refund ? and I could have got that back the day I contacted the owner, by watts app.
It's terrible how people attitudes have become when I was a polight customer.
I didn't receive no good customer service what so ever , every customer should be treated the same, not different, I hope someone can contact me after this review please.
Is all the shop needed to do was address the enquire and solve the issues in this case this doesn't exist and ask for images which I sent myself, and then refund me.
I mean I don't even live in bradford I came for a visit and what a terrible shop visit I had, you can emagine. And I brought other shoes from this shop too, not just one Pair we brought quite a bit of stuff including bags as we were attending a wedding, but this is how I was treated I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone so it can make money but take take people's money and give us fake palstic stuff goods, just because it's cheap because the owner should not treat us different and the customer should see what this shop did and no one is bothering he will keep making money , on shoes but I lose my money becaue of thier mistakes, if I sold odd stuff to my client I would be sacked on the spot and would be asked to leave I work in a luxury high-end brand these cheap shoes don't compare to the level of customer service we have to provide.
I had appauling exeriance with this shop so much problem and still have the sanldes im still waiting for my refund. And why have a website and let people leave you good reviews but you don't reply to customers who have had issues, what is the point of reviews and website it's supposed to improve ur business . I hope you can understand and refund me Thank you
it's not good what you did with me and say no we can't refund you unless you come all the way to bradford pay more money to get to travel just so you can refund me £10 is this fare can anyone tell me please.
