I just wanna say this is one of the worst shoes store on the westbank. If I really didn’t need a pair of shoes that match my outfit, I wouldn’t have never bought the shoes. Customer service is so bad. The shoes are way over Price. You can get the same shoe in Miami for $25 while they’re trying to charge $50-$60 for a shoe now I am going to order my shoes off hot Miami website Or if I’m in Miami, get all the shoes I need. Really bad place. I can’t tell anybody how to spend they money. They have to have a better shoe store out here in the city of New Orleans because overprice shoes That they get from China. Terrible.

The workers smoke weed in the store. Got to be! Because even if someone smoked on their break and came back in the store after, it wouldn’t be as stuffy and funky as it was in there. I would just smell it on that particular person. I couldn’t think. It smell so loud in there. It’s ridiculous. I left. With the shoes already being extremely overpriced, I can say that’s my last time going. Not worth the headache literally.

Purse was out of stock in store that matched my boot. Ordered it online and it was here in 24 hours. I’ve been shopping here for years. I love the convenience of each location. Whoever thought of that is genius. Online had me skeptical because of the demand but shoe nami has yet to disappoint. Corporate, weddings, dancers, etc Shoe nami is the best choice. I traveled from out of town and spent $30 in a Uber to shop with this business only to discover they were closed for Mardi Gras after having to ask around because it was no signage on door of business, a notice on the website, nor anything on google stating it was closed. Google showed them open without any holiday disclosures. It was frustrating and discouraged me from wanting to return. Buyers be aware to not go there at anytime unless someone answers the phone.

My parents card was charged twice & has yet to be refunded into her account after the charms haven’t been delivered. We recently ordered again & it has not been shipped within 24 hours as stated. The company does not cancel the order or inform the customer of a canceled order due to lack of stock regarding charms.

Stopped by to purchase a pair of sandals that my Queen had mentioned she liked from there because this is a fire lil spot she likes to get shoes and sandals from because they always have her size in what she likes. The store was very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful with all the customers in the store.
