This is the best place to get a high quality pair of shoes! I recently bought a pair of Carmina Gabriels through their website and I am extremely happy with my purchase and with the interactions that I had with their staff through the phone. The customer service was excellent, they were informative, professional and very welcoming. I was unsure about some things and they gave me great advise. I bought the shoe in two sizes and returned the one which didn’t fit as well. The delivery was quick and the return process was easy, hassle free and the money was refunded very quickly. Overall I had a great experience shopping here and would highly recommend this shop.

So first thing to note is prices are really competitive and the website is easy to use. Online shopping here is totally fine and probably good for your health (and bank balance).

However, the in-store experience is amazing! The shop isn't huge but has a great range. The major selling point is the staff, though. So knowledgeable, friendly without being pushy, just really great. If you're anywhere nearby it's definitely worth going in person. Thank you - I'll be back soon!

Pediwear is nothing but exceptional. My experience with their customer service was wonderful; they were professional, courteous, and extremely patient. Unfortunately, during my order process, I had to change the delivery address several times as well as the payment method. They were quick to accommodate and at no point did they make me feel as though I was being difficult, even though I'm sure it wasn't the easiest set of circumstances to deal with. Though I did have to wait some time to receive my shoes, it was to no fault of Pediwear. As soon as they received their shipment from the manufacturer, I got my shoes within 4 days in the United States. My pair of Carmina cap toe oxfords arrived in beautiful condition, with FREE shoe trees! I'm pleased to say I will definitely order from this store again. Thank you very much Pediwear!

Pediwear now sadly closed and I wish I had left a review before the closure but I though I would write one anyway.

I used Pediwear many times over the years and always received excellent service. Their closure is a sad loss to shoe lovers and the industry.
