We unfortunately have had to use this facility twice now. Bought times we were provided amazing care. The knowledge, compassion and over all care/ service was 5 + stars. The front reception, the vet tech & doctor were absolutely incredible. I am so thankful for them. We had to put our dog down and they were truly so caring & through. I wish they could be my primary vet clinic!!!

We’ve had our dog for 10 years and this may have been the best vet experience we’ve had in those 10 years. Our dog was breathing weird, so we took him here on a Wednesday night. When we arrived, Donna gave us a warm welcome and then Jennifer (nurse) and Dr. Caballero gave our dog excellent care. Jennifer asked more questions about our dog’s medical history than any nurse/vet tech we’ve ever encountered. She was great. Dr. Caballero took extra time to give us a thorough explanation of what was going on with our dog (congestive heart failure) and he answered our many questions. We left with medications and thorough instructions for how to manage our dog’s situation until it’s time for a follow-up visit with our regular vet in 10 days. Our visit to VetMedic was three days ago and, so far, so good.

By the way, the place is also nice.

I am very grateful for VetMedic's help with treating my dog. I went in without calling because my dog was having labored breathing and was greeted by the receptionist with empathy (because I was a frantic mess) and care. The Dr. was extensive and informative about my dog's diagnosis. They took excellent care of him, and the environment calmed me down.

I was really impressed with the experience The facility was spotlessly clean, which made me feel comfortable and confident in their care. The doctor was not only polite but also took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which helped ease my concerns. After the treatment, my dog is already feeling much better. I'm so grateful for the excellent care we received and will definitely return if needed!

Came here when my cat was peeing blood. Donna in the front was so kind, chatted with us the entire time we were there, offered us drinks and snacks, really made the whole situation so pleasant, and took away a lot of the fear we had going in. The vet staff were also so kind, explained everything thoroughly, I wish I had gotten names to shout them all out. The doctor showed us pictures of the tests under a microscope to ensure we thoroughly understood what she was seeing and what she was explaining. I wish they weren't just an emergency location because I would have 100% converted this to our regular location. Everything was phenomenal from the first call, to walking out with our kitty and going home.

We have an elderly English Bulldog with complex medical issues who happened to develop a paw injury during the busy holiday season. I called ahead and spoke to the front desk, who were kind and informative. They were not particularly busy on this day, and from check in until discharge we were there for about 90 minutes. All staff were friendly and attentive to our concerns. Dr. Caballero quickly diagnosed the cause of our dog's injury and provided the exact amount of intervention we were hoping for to manage things until we could get into our specialist. They also immediately sent copies of her records from the visit to her primary and specialist vets for appropriate follow-up later. I appreciated his treating her condition based on her many unique needs, and not in a textbook manner, all with wonderful bedside manner to us humans. With our dog needing frequent medical care, having an urgent care option in our area is extremely needed, and I will absolutely recommend VetMedic to all our pet-owning friends.

Dr. Caballero was amazing and patient. Explained everything.

However front desk needs work. I just called in to ask for some information regarding the two clinics that where recommended to me by him and a lady name Edeko answer didn’t even seem interested in helping me get the information. All she had to say he is not in and I’m not going to call him just for this question, which I didn’t ask of her to do. But I’m sure she could leave an email or someone in that vet knows the information because he didn’t work alone in my girl. She just gave more excuses of why she couldn’t help me.

Last week our sweet 16.5 y/o cat Lily was under the weather - a combination of already existing IBS/pancreatic issues, paired with being sassy and eating a small piece of elastic! Symptoms included vomiting and diarrhea, which led to dehydration and trouble digesting her food. Since this was the weekend, our regular vet wasn’t open and we wanted our girl to feel better fast! ❤️ We found ourselves at the VetMedic and the care could not have been more exceptional. From the lovely receptionist and the cleanliness of the facility to the AMAZING Dr. Caballero and his wonderful tech, the experience was wonderful despite our own stress related to the situation. X-rays were done and no foreign bodies found (yay!) and our girl was placed on antibiotics and given a great care plan, including meds that helped her feel better pretty instantly! Fast forward one week and she is doing great - snuggling, playing, and back to her sweet self. I cannot recommend The VetMedic enough. Dr. Caballero’s knowledge and expertise, fantastic bedside manner, and sense of humor were exactly what we (and our sweet fur baby) needed! We felt they took their time to thoroughly explain everything and not once did we feel rushed. While we hope we don’t end up back here, knowing their services are available, puts us at ease for sure! Thank you again for helping Lily feel better!
