So happy I came to this location. Cameron was amazing and so helpful. He was great at explaining why every shoe I tried on may be the best one. I feel like he went the extra mile the whole time and I didn’t feel like I was inconveniencing him at all. Such a great experience and I highly recommend having Cameron help you.

Came here at the recommendation of a friend who was very satisfied with his shoes. The store associate was extremely helpful in helping me find the most comfortable sneakers and the right inserts to meet my needs as my arches are different (medium on one foot, very high on the other). It took some time to get used to them, but I've been wearing them now for 7 months and am extremely happy. I will be returning when it's time for a new pair.

My husband also got shoes from here 9 months ago and is very happy with his as well.

I went into Fleet Feet not really knowing what to expect. The customer service was excellent. I’ve never had a shoe store take the care and listen to my concerns the way my salesman did. If I remember correctly his name was Cameron. He took his time and brought out numerous pairs of shoes for me to try on and narrow my selection down to the pair of shoes that was best for me.
It is amazing how they can scan your feet and the way you walk to. Know what is best for you. I will never go anywhere else for athletic shoes.

We went in today, my husband and I needed to get fitted for new running shoes. The experiences wonderful and the employee, Chris, was very helpful and made the whole process seamless. We’re very excited to have our new running shoes and are confident that we got the right fit. Will be going back!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to walk me through the fitting process explaining what my results were then bring out multiple different shoes for me to try. I like how they didn’t just jump to the post expensive shoe they brought out several different brands it showed me they care more about getting me into the right shoe then just trying to make the most money off of me.

Trenton was the best salesperson for shoes (or otherwise) that we have met in a long time! I was very impressed with his knowledge and his friendly nature--also he's a runner and has tested all the brands. My son and I left with the perfect shoes. I wasn’t planning on heading Fleet Feet on vacation, but my boyfriend wanted to get sized for shoes. So known the less we found ourselves at Fleet Feet. Well my experience at this location was the best experience I’ve ever had shopping for shoes. So much so I bought a pair even though I want planning to. I 100% recommend this location.

Came to fleet feet I needed some shoes. The ones I had was hurting my whole feet. So I seen fleet feet so I went there and told the worker I needed some shoes told him problems with my feet. He point me out to some shoes I tested them and my feet could feels the difference. I thank him for a good customer service. I think his name is Tristan. Anybody that goes there ask for him you won’t be disappointed.
