Fleet Feet is my go to store for anything running and active wear. The store always has the best products and the staffs knowledge is above and beyond. You can tell Fleet Feet truly cares about the community and the weekly meet ups and community events are some of my favorite events in San Diego! If you haven't checked them out yet you totally should!

I had a wonderful experience at Fleet Feet from the foot scan to the choice of running shoes. Michelle was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I loved how she tied every shoe I tried on, very special. I strongly recommend trying to buy your next pair of athletic shoes there, at least one time to enjoy such an amazing service. Who knows Fleet Feet might become the only store you will want to shop for any of your athletic needs!

Came here with my husband to exchange my shoes, and everyone here was so nice and helpful. Kevin helped us and made the process so easy, smooth, and fun. I usually feel intimidated going into stores like these. I had a bad experience at road runner and never wanted to go back to a running store for a while. This place is so different. They were on a first name basis with their customers that came in and it was super cool to see. You can tell this place is homey and part of a small town. I really liked it and we will definitely be back. Thank you Kevin for your kindness and help!

Decent amount of foot traffic early in the morning. Staff were really helpful getting people comfortable to dip their toes into trying on shoes and even sampling them on an outdoor mat which was pretty neat. They have a great selection of items in their cozy location and surprised to see some cool exclusive gear and accessories that are worth a look.

Katy was fantastic in helping me find the right shoes after I started getting blisters from running. I really appreciated how she took the time to answer all my questions as I prepare for half marathon training. Shoutout to Caitlin for helping me pick out socks and fitting my new insoles. The whole staff was friendly and helpful—thank you! (After a few runs in my new shoes and insoles I no longer get blisters!!)

I've only been to the store twice now, but have had a positive experience both times. The staff are super helpful and friendly. During my first visit, I ended up going for a shoe/color that wasn't in the store. The team member helped me find the exact shoe I was looking for and I never felt pressured to buy something in the store. The return process was also super easy. It's a smaller store so some of their online inventory isn't available in the physical store, but it's easy to order online.

After shopping around with my 6th grader for shoes and not finding anything that fits and she likes, we stopped into Fleet Feet with desperation. I was hoping the feet scanner would help us find the right size and fit, and it sure did. The scanner gave us her measurements, the lady was so helpful picking out 3 styles that would help support my daughter's tendency to roll her feet inward. The size, width, fit was good right away. Unlike the so many pairs we tried earlier at a few other stores. Turned out her feet grew so much more than I expected. My daughter immediately said "so comfortable." Honestly she always had cheap kid's sneakers. I was expecting to pay a lot, but it was quite comparable to shoes we were looking at elsewhere if they only fit. I was very impressed with the service of picking out and fitting shoes. I couldn't have done it nearly as well myself. We will return.
