Friendly and lovely customer service, plenty of options from trending Dubai takes to old school cakes. Reasonably priced. Lots of options for drinks, fully stocked and clean. The vintage swing is a bonus for the kiddies.

Sadly i just wasted £20. We ordered 6 different items and nearly all of them were below average. Whoever is putting this food together has no idea about good tasty, authentic pakistani streetfood unfortunately. The tea was horrible, it tasted like a cleaning detergent. Big improvements need to made here

I was recommended chachachai hall green by family friend as they do the best parantas ive ever tasted. I dined in and was served by the lad on the till who gave us a warm welcomming.
We ordered a full desi breakfast and a bombay toastie which was absolutely extragavent the freshness of the food put a smile on everyone faces . I tasted alot of breakfast around birmingham and i can say this was far by the best ive had 10\10
The decor was do nice the flower tree and swing highly recommend sad to see bad reviews

Great food it was my first time going there with my wife.
Loved the homemade parathas and the chat was also nice.
Great atmosphere and decor the. The kid serving could’ve looked a bit more happy but the food compensated for that in the buckets loads there’s a good selection of doughnuts, milk cakes and much much more.
I actually like it compared to the regular Karak Chai more of a pure desi food combination with Morden decor

Average chai place like any other.

The chai is nothing special, no chai place has actually given me fresh chai, all seem to be made with powdered milk just like chaiwala.

I ordered a omlette parantha wrap too, for £4.50 without the tea price , little pricy. The parantha was ok, and omlette was little small as you can see on the photos. They do give you some kind of mint sauce with it, which wasn't bad. Overall I'd prefer a thinner parantha or even a roti omlette wrap with a bigger omlette.

UPDATE: I have knocked another star off original review as their service is appalling, no smile, no "hello how can I help". Nothing. Point blank "what do you" want, like in there begging for free food...

Also the chair I got for take away wasn't even filled near to the top, what's the point having such a shop where you're customer service and product leave alot to be desired?

About 20 of us walked in together today. The staff were really friendly and gave us great service. They coped incredibly well under pressure and made us feel so welcome. I could not have asked for more. Thank you so much.
