I was looking for the perfect pair of shoes, and he guided me through the options with excellent suggestions that fit my needs. SVP Sports is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for a huge selection of shoes! They have everything from running shoes to casual sneakers, and the prices are great. It’s easy to find what you need, and the store is well-organized. Definitely a go-to place for anyone looking to grab a new pair of kicks at a great price!

This is my first visit to this particular location an I am at this store right now with my 6 yrs old son and the music that greeted us is despicable. All swearing and no one seems to be bothered by this. May God help us all.

Small store LOTS of stuff, makes it a bit difficult to get around. Lots of running shoes in this store. Did not have a descent safety shoe / boot selection and many styles that I looked at only had a few sizes in stock 🙁

I went in to buy shoes for my son and ended up at this rack which clearly said 1 for 12.99 or 2 for 19.99 after going through the entire rack looking for my sons size i went to cash out when the cashier said it was an amount that i knew was wrong doing the math in my head, i asked her what the price was where she said it was 12.99 each i mentioned that the rack said 19.99 for 2 and she said "thats incorrect this is the price" i insisted telling this sales person that the rack is false advertisment and they cannot do that, the sales girl beside her agreed that the rack was incorrectly marked " and would change it later" the other sales person "Kim" proceeded to ask me if i was going to take it or leave it. I told her i was going to take it but if she wasnt going to honor the sign i was sending a picture to head office. As i went to take the picture she murmurred that i was stupid to the other sales person. This place is unprofessional! The young people that work there are immature and lack respect and customer service skills.
There is a SVP location at Vaughan and another at Steeles with better employees and selection, GO THERE! and stay away from this horrible location with disrespectful enployees i personally will never return.

Head office contacted me Empathizing with the entire situation. The person i spoke with was completly understanding and assured me measures would be taken to avoid this type of scenarios in the future.
A couple of bad apples definetly do not spoil the entire batch. Im happy they reached out to me and regained my trust, however will avoid this location as much as possible

I recently entered this establishment today, and me as a black individual noticed i was being followed by enployee. I turn my head and noticed an employee was present. It has been a while since i felt degraded. The direct words was never stated, but i felt racialized and they made me feel as if i was a suspect. I truly wanted to shop in the store, but i couldnt bring myself too as i felt i wouldve been totally racializd

I am so angry because I ordered shoes at this shop and was waiting more than 7 days to complete my order (deliver to the shop location). During this week my order didn't track and after 3 days I got the message that 'don't worry we are working on your order'. After 7 days I got the message that my order can't complete because they don't have it! Why I was waiting so long and you don't have it!?!!! After my request that I want my money back, they don't call me and I don't have any information regarding my payment! I definitely don't recommend this shop. Horrible service and customer support!

Avoid buying from this specific store if you're expecting them to honour their own exchange/refund policy which indicates "Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed with the original packaging and tags must be attached". We had purchased an item from this shop and it remained in the bag for a 7 days - within the household we have a dog and a smoker so it was inevitable that the item caught some furs and cigarette smoke. The item was only tried on once and was not suited by the person so we asked for a refund.

The manager/owner (whomever it was) was insulting and went as far as insinuating that we were trying to return a product that was worn and used. Even after we said it was understandable why they won't accept the item for an exchange or refund and was leaving the store without any confrontation/conflict or argument - the individual continued to suggest that the item was used and worn. I'll remind you once again that the policy states unworn and unwashed items, which is exactly what the item was. The number of dog furs on the clothing could be counted on your fingers and easily wiped away with a lint roller. As for the cigarette smell - I asked multiple people from different locations to smell it and they said there was no apparent smell as this shop described.

We've never had this experience with any other clothing stores and we've never had experiences like this with other Si Vous Play locations. It's pretty clear this specific shop preys on their customer's in order to meet their monthly targets. So to others out there, once again, if you do have a household with dogs and cigarette smokers, be prepared to be insulted if you come to this store for an exchange or refund even when the item is in perfect condition as per other store standards. It's not the first time this store has been insulting and ineffective with it's customer service, but it'll definitely be the last time my friends and family members will be purchasing from this specific location at Yorkgate Mall.

You're better off buying from other places. At the very least, other stores train their employees to be more cognizant on how to deal with customers.
