Joseph is an exceptional young man, in most stores these days there is no such thing as customer service. When he didn’t know something he looked for someone who did in order to answer our questions. When we asked for help he didn’t just point us in the right direction he stopped what he was doing and took us to the correct spot. He assisted us with all the I store research and eventually to our final purchase. It was an all around pleasant experience, you don’t get that often anymore.

I recently visited Decathlon Maple View in Burlington and had an exceptional experience! The store offers an amazing range of products, catering to all our sporting needs. My nine-year-old absolutely loves the climbing wall and thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the entire store. The customer service was excellent, making our shopping trip smooth and enjoyable. We ended up purchasing some fantastic pickleball equipment today. Highly recommend this store for its variety and top-notch service!

In addition to the sports gear, we found some high-quality tees and shoes that were both stylish and comfortable. There was also an impressive display of camping gear, complete with tents and all the essentials for an outdoor adventure. The layout of the store makes it easy to find exactly what you're looking for, and the knowledgeable staff is always ready to assist. It's a one-stop shop for all your athletic and outdoor needs. We can't wait to visit again and explore more of what Decathlon has to offer!

I used to love Decathlon, but they have shrunk the store and inventory. Now they never have what I need in stock. Often you can't even order the item you want. Staff tell me they "keep prices low because own the whole supply chain", but that means it's their fault they don't have stock

I was in a rush today, and Tim who was quite busy went out of his way to help me purchase a few items. Yes the pants fit...
The gentleman who were at the front desk were very helpful & quick as well.

The guy with the beard rudely told me not to try the equipment even though it is out for a demo.
You should’ve allowed to try some of the major equipment within reason and as long as it is safe.
This staff member should be re trained on how to talk people. Maybe he had a bad day but I will never be back at this store ever again.

Absolutely shocking how many different sports are included at this store! From horseback riding to mountain climbing, table tennis to softball with everything possible inbetween. A must visit for anything sports related whatsoever !!
